How to improve your brain

          Here are a four tips how can improve your brain. Regularly exercise your brain because these keep it and develop new nerve connections that can help improve your memory. You can challenge your brain with puzzles and games; you can keep your brain active and improve its skills. Try some fun puzzle exercises everyday such as crosswords, Sudoku, and other games which you can practice for a few minutes per day. Then, reduce stress. Although stress does not damage directly the brain, it can make memorizing much more complex. Even stresses can make it more difficult to effectively focus on daily duty and observe things. You can practice yoga or other stretching exercises. Next, try meditation. Some people believe this can get better attention, focus, and memory. Last, sleep well. The amount of sleep we get affects the brain's ability to recall recently learned information. Getting a good night's sleep you may rest your memory. Finally, when you regularly exercise, reduce stress, meditate and sleep well, you can improve your brain.
